Cost Per Click (CPC) or Pay Per Click is an advertising model used on search engines, advertising networks, and content websites/blogs, where advertisers only pay when a user actually clicks on an ad to visit the advertiser's website (as defined by Wikipedia).

The reason this method works so well for publishers (i.e., everyone that owns a website) is because it takes just one simple action from your visitors to make money. Every time a visitor click the ads on your homepage, you will get paid. STEP ONE: Get a domain and a hosting solution

In order to get a Google AdSense account you will need to own a domain and a webiste.

Think of your target customers and your overall marketing strategy when finding your domain.

STEP TWO: Get Yoursenf An AdSense Account

When it comes to SEO Writing (writing for high ranking in the Search Engines) there are many myths. In fact, most of what you can read online is based on SEO myths. If you want to find out how the search engines really work, then you will have to do so yourself. Except, making good money from CPC is way easier than writing a bestseller. You can even make money if your readers don't like your website—as long as the search engines like what you're writing. Your visitors will simply search for an escape route (yes, that's your CPC ads we're talking about). Click click—some cents richer every time. And beleve us: Cents do add up quickly. We're not the only one making good money from CPC.

Making the first site is the hardest part. Remember: $1,000 per day was our goal here - and you won't get them for free. You have to work your way up the ladder, but making a good income from CPC should be way easier than making money in a real job. I know, the hardest part is phase 1: where you make little money, or even no money at all. Then, BOOM! STEP TEN: Get Targeted Traffic

Traffic in itself is worthless. What you need is targeted traffic. In CPC this in not as important as in say, a sales page. Users could click anyway, and you could make a profit. However, it's a proven fact that the longer your visitors stays on your website, the more likely they will click on your ads AND the it's also more likely that visitors that spend a lot of time on your site will return later.

The Qucik Fix. Getting traffic is one of the most discussed topics for any professional with their own online business. There's a lot of people out there trying to sell you the quick fix: 1000 visitors for $10, 100.000 visitors for $50. Well, this is worthless traffic. Traffic worth getting is usually traffic worth working or paying for.

The Real Deal. 100.000 visitors for $50 sounds like a good deal. What sounds too good to be true, usually is. Come back to earth; Spend your time and energy on getting real traffic.

There are basically two kinds of traffic: Natural traffic, and Paid Traffic.

• Paid Traffic is not of particular interest right now. For example, if you're going to make a profit by paying for traffic using AdWords, and convert (make money with) this traffic by using AdSense—then we're going into arbitrage, which we're not going to do right now. So, in this step-by-step guide we're not going to pay for traffic.
• Natural Traffic is cheap. You won't get it all for free, meaning you will have to invest your time. You've already written good keyword rich articles, and this is one of the most important SEO tasks you can do.
